Projects executed mainly in the field of Power Generation, Waste Incineration, Waste Water Treatment Facilities and Oil & Gas consolidated the experience in the following areas. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Project planning, procurement, relationship with Clients and Suppliers, coordination of QA/QC. PROJECT ENGINEERING: Engineering coordination; resources forecasting; documents management; support to process and HSE engineering; technical specification for B.O.P. (Balance Of Plant); General mechanical specification; painting/insulation specification. MACHINERY & PACKAGES: Technical specification and material requisition; technical bid evaluation; follow-up activities; definition of Inspections & test plan; support to expediting. Here below are listed the main equipment covered: • Packages: internal combustion engines (CHP), shell boilers, chillers, cooling towers, chemical dosing, ash handling system, oily water treatment, soft/demi water treatment, compression skids. • Rotating machinery: API and ISO pumps (centrifugal, screw, lobe and dosing pumps), centrifugal fans, air coolers, redlers, screw conveyors, belt conveyors, air blowers, sludge centrifuges and screening drums in waste water treatment applications, hoist and cranes. • Static equipments: storage tanks with fixed and floating roof, pressure vessels for general purpose acc. To ASME BPVC Sect. VIII Div.1, GRP Tanks (BS Std.), gas filters, liquid fuel filters, GAC filters, shell & tubes heat exchangers (TEMA Std.), storage silos, stacks and by-pass stacks. Moreover, significant experiences in follow-up activities for gas turbines (GE, SIEMENS), gas compressors. PROCESS: Preliminary line sizing; equipment selection; pump sizing and selection; process description (bulk material handling and dosing systems); process flow diagram and P&I for sewage & drainage systems, unloading stations and tank farms. HSE: Hazardous area classification; documentation related to permission to operate the plant; noise protection and reduction (noise maps, noise abatement and mitigation measures).
