Over the past 18 years I have sharpened my skills as an IT Analyst/Consultant while working for six different industries (CNA, Northern Trust, McDonalds Corp, JP Morgan Chase, Aldi Inc., Midway Games Inc., and Bankers Life and Casualty). All positions have been in support of business applications that enabled users/departments to effectively report financial statistics and productivity for their respective companies on a periodic basis. Most recently I’ve worked as a Business Analyst Specialist with CNA in their IT Finance Application Development Group. The role was central in supporting applications/tools for calculating, reporting and creating journal entries for periodic premiums and claims costs from a finance perspective. At Northern Trust Bank, I was engaged as a Senior Business Analyst on their TLM Implementation Project. I successfully compiled all project requirements in a 3 month time frame. While at McDonalds Corp worked as the Senior Business Analyst within the Business Office as part of the Global Technology Services. I was also responsible for administration of a reporting tool known as the Accountability Model. I am very driven by my passion for implementing business solutions through the use of information systems. I am well versed in many programming languages and capable of using many business applications for developing sound solutions for reporting and analytics. Specialties: Working as a liaison between Business and IT community within the work place to identify process resolution requirements. Coordinating training sessions with end users to insure best practices are maintained for applications/processes (ERP). Ability to adapt to new roles as needed within an IT Team.
