Currently supervising Drilling & Well offshore operations for Bacalhau field development, a pre-salt ultra-deepwater field in Brazil developed by an IOC. Acquired solid technical skills in the Americas. Earned confidence and respect of all the engineering and drilling team who worked with in the 14 years in the industry. Started in the oilfield as a Directional Driller at Halliburton in 2009, joined Petrobras to work in a rotation of the following positions: Drilling Supervisor, Drilling Superintendent, and Drilling Engineer, becoming a multidisciplinary worker and dealing with high cost-risk exploration wells. Courageously paused the career to undertake a life-experience solo trip for cultural understanding of different peoples in the World and build up human skills. Joined Equinor in 2018 and worked in both Peregrino and Bacalhau fields. Continually striving to increase expertise in the energy sector, contributing with the best management and technical performances in operations, following HSE best practices in order to achieve the company's long-term goals and deliver returns to the society and shareholders.
