In my professional career, I have been working in international projects for multinational companies in engineering, project management, commissioning, business development, sales and marketing always delivering top performance, both in functional, divisional and matrix organizations.As leader, my ambition is to foster a strong hunting mindset, secure a holistic customer-centric approach and inspire a proper understanding of market dynamics to navigate into current business complexity.I am a great believer in teamwork, people motivation and in the power of diversity (gender, age, culture) in the workplace.
