More than 15 years part of Customer Experience department of a telecommunication company. I am capable of working on my own initiative, with excellent organisational abilities, managing and scheduling complex projects and activities, often with a high level of stress and pressure. My technical experience and customer/service oriented sense, make me the local referent for clients, contractors and colleagues, to support and speed-up the service delivery processes. 24/7 extended service is part of my duties since long time, I have so reached an excellent problem finding/solving skill. I do not limit myself to the business objectives but I like to enhance my skills and interests with the "learning at work", either using the company internal training catalogue or the large amount of information present in the web.
