In my current role, I am responsible for a portfolio of enterprise level customers and I serve as an advocate for these customers, building strong trusted relationships. I work closely with sales account managers to target possible new customers, and to identify opportunities for growth at existing customers. For strategic customers, I serve as a point of escalation for incidents that require urgent action. I provide coordination of cross-functional resources to assist within the account from consulting, sales, support and product teams, establishing clear and open lines of communications. Peers and customers appreciate my ability to lead teams to solve abstract problems and to build and sustain effective communications with all stakeholders. I am a communicator and an active listener, with proven ability to analyse complex situations.
