With over 10 years of customer service experience in different areas, including closing contracts, selling products, solving problems, and dealing directly with customers, I aim to work in an environment that challenges me by helping me grow to achieve professional success. My background also includes 1.5 years of experience as a Loan Processor in a financial institution, where I was responsible for assessing the customer's availability and conditions to assume a loan.
