Maria C. Izurieta

Maria Izurieta, Chief Financial Officer, brings to Wireless Matrix 17 years of experience negotiating, acquiring and merging businesses; building processes; reducing expenses; raising funds and building infrastructures. Izurieta is a creative problem-solver capable of analyzing and resolving complex business and financial issues. Hired in 2004 to turn Wireless Matrix into a growing, profitable entity, Izurieta is one of the original members of the executive team which together developed and executed on strategies to sell off unrelated businesses and further entrench in scalable product lines. In addition, Izurieta helped acquire two software businesses to launch Wireless Matrix's Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application business to drive long-term growth and raise equity financing to fund the company's acquisition strategy to consolidate the mobile resource management market. The successful execution of these strategies has led to the consistent generation of earnings before interest, depreciation and amortization and an increase in market capitalization of Wireless Matrix.
