I’m an experienced IT Product Manager and Business Analyst with qualifications in Business Analysis (BCS International Diploma) and Agile Project Management (AgilePM Practitioner). I began my career as a Business Analyst at a pivotal time for the digital transformation programme within a National Health Service (NHS) Trust. Establishing myself as a leader of business change activities, I gained my next role in the manufacturing industry. My work took me to the USA, Italy and China as I delivered multinational business improvement projects including ERP implementations with a global project team. Passionate about technology being an enabler for business growth, my expertise lies in optimising the value an organisation receives from its IT investments.
