Product Manager for Data Governance at Transaction Services SEB. Division for Large Corporates and Financial Institutions, LC&FI. The role include: ~Data Offering Strategy & Development ~Data Ownership for all SEB Accounts&Payments data. ~Agile Product Owner x2 - development teams working with SEB Data Platform As product manager for Data Governance I consider all dimensions of Data Management for SEB Cash Management products. As well as being the data owner for the Accounts & Payments Data Area. No data use case brings more value than the quality of the data underneath. To succeed in this role I have learned how important it is to have full transparency between processing- and reporting data models across branch standard formats such as ISO20022 and inhouse versions. Data appears and evolves through different formats using technologies such as Change Data Capture, Kafka and Apache spark. Being the product owner for 2 developing teams has thought me how to build a strategic and future proof infrastructure that allows transparency and are agnostic to use cases. Always aiming to look 10 steps ahead. Backlog optimisation, prioritization and compromises needed for deliveries of critical data assets are part of the daily job. In this role I work with short term and long term planning of the data offering & value capturing use cases. I have a strong vision that data initiatives must start with understanding the data itself before any value can be created. The role also includes ensuring the right competences in the specialists team and collaborating with internal stakeholders in need of the Accounts & payments data.
