I’m an internationally experienced HR professional with a specialty in labor law and maintaining and developing organizational culture during mergers and acquisitions. I have over 13 years of experience in Human Resources in the private sector and in my current position I work e.g. With international HR tasks, domestic and international recruitments, labor law as well as with personnel planning, well-being at work, staff development, employee experience and employer image. I hold two Master’s Degrees, one in Education and another one in Economics. The combination of those two gives me a deep understanding of the significance of a strong corporate culture and employee well-being for a successful business. Also, I’m an experienced Valamis management team member with an ability to make strategic business decisions and contribute outside the HR field.
