Marianne CHEVALIER TALIN

I am creative and passionate about odors and flavors and have a good sensory knowledge within my flavorist training at ISIPCA. During 18 years of work, I had experiences as formulation, flavours and R&D project management, sensory analysis, regulation management, GC/MS and HPLC analysis, trial tests and quality. I worked in various field as sweet and savoury flavors, cheeses, savoury products, dietetics, petfood and feed. As part of my duties, I managed customer projects from conception to implementation; I led sensory analysis panels ( 15 to 20 persons) and had direct links with customers and suppliers. Through my experience, I am able to adapt easily and be quickly operational to work in a team. I am currently searching for new opportunities and new challenges. (Work permit G for Switzerland)
