Its members encompass a group of Native Miami business owners and real estate Developers that have over 25 years of combined real estate experience. Our International Division at Habitat International Group (HIG) is led by top producing Realtor-Associate, Maribel Marin. Ms. Marin was asked to join HIG due to her extensive background in Latin American real estate markets and over 10 years experience with foreign investors and real estate expos in several countries. This year alone, Maribel has personally grossed over US$6 million in sales to foreign investors from several international markets including Venezuela, Panama, Colombia and Brazil. She has developed the International Sales Division by building an International Broker Referral Network that attracts buyers abroad to invest in S. Florida projects, including but not limited to Icon, Infinity, and 500 Brickell, as well as an assortment of international developments
