When identities intersect.. you only get equipped with more lenses to see the world. The privilege of changing lenses and adapting to your audience is something that not everyone is capable of. While my identities always come secondary, my work is constantly fueled by these lenses. I only get more and more excited as my goals become clearer and clearer. Devoting my professional career to Youth Workforce Development has been an amazing journey.
