I am an experienced program manager for multiple products with a strong focus on client success. I worked with technical sales to plan, manage and implement projects to successfully resolve client problems and issues. I am involved in gathering client requirements, solution planning, product installations, deployments, migrations, and quality assurance. I have reinvented myself from a Cobol programmer, to a network developer, to a C/C++ application developer, to a Java developer, to a database tools solutions engineer, a technical sales enablement specialist and finally to a program manager. I worked on Cloud Data Services, IBM Cloud, Governance and Integration, Watson Studio and Db2 databases on multiple platforms. I am experienced in all aspects of the software development life cycle; and a subject matter expert on database management systems and tools. I also love to learn about other cultures and places worldwide. I also speak a few languages.
