I like being helpful, give advice and learn new skills to improve productivity and understand the business and the customers it serves. During my working career I've learned a number of skills that are suitable in a variety of roles ranging from Customer Services to Marketing and Credit Control. My strengths have been to be productive, adapt to changes and learn new skills along the way. I always liked communicating with people and to create a long lasting relationship with the customer. Another strength of mine has been problem solving and to think analytical about the situation and how to solve it. My language skills include fluent German and English both verbally and in writing that has enabled me to adapt to a wider range of opportunities and assist a wider range of people & businesses. I've been part of the mentoring for Solent University Southampton helping students getting ready for their working career. I also looked after the social media for St. Michael's Church Southampton for their news and event feeds on Twitter & Facebook.
