Mark had responsibility for all Technology at Prudential’s Group Head Office. He also lead global programmes to implement the Solvency II reporting solution, centralised Asset Data store and the Operational impact of IFRS 17. In 2019 following the demerger of the Group and the outsourcing of the Technology team in London, Mark was responsible for building and leading the Vendor Management Team which partnered with the outsource provider for Prudential in London.
