An established Project Delivery, Systems Analyst and Service Manager with a strong technical background in developing and supporting e-Commerce projects that has enabled me to facilitate significant business change. My progressive approach and extensive time with Santander and in recent years Kiddicare, has enabled me to fine tune skills in all aspects of e-Commerce project delivery. I aim to learn something new and develop existing abilities from every experience as I believe we can only evolve through self-improvement in both personal and professional areas. I am confident, self-motivated, well organised and have the ability to influence important decisions calling upon my vast experience in these fields. I have a willingness to listen to other views before making decisions. I’m a team player and was recently chosen to be an employee representative, giving voice on behalf of both senior management and my colleagues during difficult circumstances such as redundancy.
