Prior to that he consulted on issues of network design and software engineering to several multinational communications providers, including Bell Atlantic Video Services. Mark was also Director of Interactive Applications Development at TV Answer, one of the world's first providers of personal television services. Mark holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Colorado.
