I am a people focused person, I stand in the shoes of the customer and think “how does this feel” I also I know if the people are in the right places and they are happy in all they do, then the organisation has the best chance to make fans of its customers and grow every day. I am not afraid to ask questions and I want to learn new skills and face new challenges. I wont shy away from looking at how I do things and adjusting my stance to suit the changing situation, you cant afford to stand still waiting for your competitors to race ahead you need to be looking for the next big thing all the time.
