Retired Colonel, USAF Test Pilot School graduate, Program Manager - both AF and industry - and senior systems engineer with 35 years leading large organizations and endeavors. Over my AF career, I gained a blend of operational fighter, experimental test pilot and Program Manager experience. On active duty, I earned DoD’s top certifications in Program Management (PM) and Test & Evaluation (T&E). Of note, I served as PM for a congressionally directed GPS program and as Director for all F-15 testing. As SAIC’s PM for GPS System Test/Verification, I led a 35-member team evaluating the Enterprise. With Raytheon, I serve as Senior Manager – Raytheon Multi-program Testbed (RMT, an experimental B-727) Ops & Maintenance, Chief Pilot and Site Executive. In these roles, I lead a 30-member team engaged in Research & Development flight test. Flight data: 4.5K hours in 30 aircraft types–with most time in the T-37, T-38, F-111, F-15 and B-727.
