Mark Gastineau

Mark is responsible for the end to end operations for SeeChange Health. Mark's extensive industry experience includes serving as senior vice president of individual, small group and government businesses for Blue Shield of California where he was responsible for the overall management and performance of these businesses serving nearly one million Californians. Prior to Blue Shield of California, Mark served in a variety of roles at WellPoint, including general manager of UNICARE individual and small group, and vice president of UNICARE small group, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Mark is a member of The State Bar of California and was a certified public accountant.
