With almost 30 years in the brewing industry I have demonstrated strong technical knowledge and experience across all brewing materials and process areas. I have been responsible for raw material selection , evaluation & implementation, new technology evaluation & implementation, process & quality improvements, R&D, new product development implementation and raw material strategic direction. My contribution to the industry was recognised in 2019 when I was awarded a fellowship from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling. My particular specialist knowledge is in brewing raw materials. I am a director on the Barley Australia Board (The peak body for malting barley) and have been a member of the Malting and Brewing Industry Barley Technical Committee (MBIBTC) since 1999 - Chairman from 2006 to 2012.
