Was often involved in the strategic due diligence of targets.- Leading or supporting several global product launches (strategy and/or execution), including the most successful pharma launch of all time, with $10B in first-year revenues.- Across a number of industries, analyzing/defining optimal corporate / BU strategy and commercial arrangements (market assessments, go-to-market models, sales and marketing effectiveness, required capabilities, organization, process, staffing, etc.), as well as several strategic planning efforts, generally focused on accelerating growth.- Supporting a range of CEO succession efforts for Boards and CEOs, ranging from transition design, selection, expertise development/onboarding, and CEO/candidate coaching pre/post successionBefore joining BCG, Mark was a Captain in U.S. Army Military Intelligence.
