Experienced Senior Technical Writer with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality, Point of Sale (POS), electronic, and educational industry. Strong media and communication professional skilled in Databases, Software Documentation, Technical Writing, Online Help, Documentation Control design, and Electronics. Every company that I had the opportunity to work for, my goal was to create the required documentation and documentation control system to meet or exceed the ISO9000 standards. I’m also a proud retired veteran of the United States Air Force Active Duty and Reserves, with a total of 25 years in service. My experience in the military has provided me with the importance of following policy and procedures, mechanical and electrical aspects of all types of aircrafts, working as a team, and being an outstanding supervisor and manager.
