I am a focused and enthusiastic Team Player who is self-motivated, well organised and works on my own initiative and can work unsupervised. I have worked within the Courier industry and also a factory environment at Team Leader level. This has included responsibility for a team of people motivating my employees to achieve results and coaching and developing them through effective reviews and identifying individual training needs at the same time fostering career aspirations. I am focused, hard-working, loyal and experienced. A history of initiative, focus and self-development has resulted in excellent reviews and feedback from both peers and management.
