Partner with Greystar Support Groups to refine Owned Asset process workflows. Provide leadership to drive consistency for acquisitions and dispositions. Including the oversight of multi-asset/company acquisitions or dispositions.Previously resided as a Regional Manager with Greystar Student Living overseeing the day-to-day operations, staffing strategies, client relations, marketing, leasing and maintenance programs for 3,088 student living beds across Texas, Missouri, Virginia, Florida, and Maryland. As well as previously managed in the states of California, Georgia, North Carolina, Illinois, and Minnesota. I have successfully overseen the management of new construction, acquisitions, stabilized, and rehab Student Living communities since starting with JPI in 2003, and continuing with Greystar from 2009. Throughout my career I have a strong record of effectively managing real estate assets, bringing together successful teams and focusing relentlessly on customer service, resulting in improved performance. Have a strong skill set in financial analysis and strategic business planning that is frequently sourced by clients for acquisition/repositioning opportunities. Previously I have served as a Trainer for Student Living, where I developed, trained and implemented JPI educational programs across the country.
