I am a property developer/ leader with over 40 years’ of construction, engineering and property development experience across a wide range of sectors. I have strong leadership, management, commercial and communication skills with a Bachelor’s Degree, Master in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. I pride myself on my ability to inspire, lead, mentor and build high performing teams of property professionals. I understand the importance of the full range of risks that impact on property development and the importance of recognizing the right sites, knowing your market, getting the concept right and adding value throughout the whole value chain. I enjoy the legacy that is created through what I achieve and happily lead by example and enjoy being hands-on when necessary to get the job done.
