About
Mr. Wagner has 43 years of industrial experience including 22 years with BP and 21 years with Veolia North America (VNA). He is currently Senior Vice President of Operations and leads a group which provides an integrated offering to the Oil and Gas Industry of industrial water, wastewater, and residuals treatment with a heavy focus on water reuse and water conservation technologies as well as those for by-product recovery. These services focus on the operation and maintenance, under long term contracts, of client-owned or VNA-owned assets to achieve those goals. Mr. Wagner's prior positions within VNA included SVP of Industrial Operations and VP of Engineering Support. Prior to joining VNA in 1999, he held a variety of technical and supervisory positions with BP in Engineering, Exploration and Production, R&D, and Oil Refining. This included eight years supporting North Slope oil field developments, working in the areas of drilling-waste management, produced water treatment, underground injection, and oil spill response. He also spent several years in R&D managing a water and wastewater group evaluating emerging environmental technologies for use in oil refining and chemical manufacturing. He spent his last six years at BP in the Oil Refining Group managing an international environmental technical support group with focus on waste minimization, process troubleshooting, and process optimization. Specialties: Oil and gas industry (Refining and Exploration/Production) water, wastewater and residuals treatment.
