I do business development operations as a consultant for growth companies. Conducted projects in Europe, Usa, Middle-east and Southern Africa. In the past, I have been consulting growth seeking startup companies concentrating mainly on the fundraising issues for more than 10 years. I have served clients in different roles providing help as internal cfo, business development advisor, board member, executive group member. In addition to the startup consulting I have been involved on the incubation development projects in Finland, Botswana, India, China and Usa. I have lead incubation training in Botswana for various organisations and contributed on the business planning for the local incubation program. In the past I have also been a member of the National Incubation committee, participated Technology Incubator Development Programme and conducted several feasibility studies and incubation development plans.
