Seasoned Strategy & Transformation leader with a passion for customer-centric value creation. Over 16 years of experience from various industries with great need of change and disruptive business models. Hence, heavily experienced within business turn around, change management, business transformation and digital service development. My roles have had a wide responsibility that in many organisations would fall into CSO, CCO and COO positions. This extensive responsibility enables me to have large execution power and influence in my daily work. My management consulting assignments have mainly been in the areas of Strategy, Marketing & Sales, Customer Experience, Business Model development and Pricing. I focused on industries such as Retail, Industrial equipment, Automotive and Telecom. As a Strategy Director I was heading the Strategy team, reporting to the President, and a member of the LT. I completely transformed the direction of that company and orchestrated the turn-around of the whole organization to a new track through strategy execution projects. My responsibilities included strategic planning, definition and execution; such as running M&A, divest, and restructuring projects as well as other cross functional ad hoq projects enabling our strategic direction. A significant part of my work focused on turning the company from a reactive RFQ receiver to a proactive company focusing on understanding future end-customer needs and develop system solutions and services on top of those to tap into recurring revenues. Develop our strategy to achieve this and making the change happen to create sustainable value is the essence of my job. In summary, I thrive in the intersection of Strategy, VoC, Business development and Sales & Marketing.
