Marlana Reed

I am a student at UEI College in San Marcos. My determination in succeeding is deep within. I will be an asset to this facility because I take pride in my work and I focus on the mission (insert mission statement). I am a leader who takes pride in being a team player. I am determined, trustworthy, and want to succeed as a Medical Office Administrator. In the past I have held management positions both at Chick-fil-A and Claire’s. As a director at Chick-fil-A, I successfully led my team with a positive attitude. I assisted in change of schedules, improvement of production, monitoring guest’s surveys, and inventory management. Through my experience of being a director, I’ve obtained confidence in myself to hold such a rewarding position. I put my soul and heart into my work and team members. As a Third-Key at Claire’s, I was reassured that management is where my passion lies. I aided with inventory, daily paperwork and cash deposits. I single-mindedly cared for my guests and radiated a welcoming vibe throughout the workplace.
