After 25 years in the Automotive industry working on vehicle development and achieving the Henry Ford Technology award, I gained an MBA to enable me to look at the property industry. In 2005 we bought Owen Lyons Chelmsford, which was a respected residential estate agency. We taken the company the 2008 recession, started and built up a substantial lettings business within the company and have recently opened a Village office in Danbury to capture the country homes and land. I have achieved NAEA licence and ARLA licence during this period. Running the business means I have experience and knowledge of all aspects of the sales and lettings business activities as well as what is required to run a business with two offices.
