Marty Manning

Marty Manning is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Black Rifle Coffee. He began his career as an officer in the US Navy where he authored several intelligence articles, planned at-sea operations in Europe, South America and the Middle East and served through two major conflicts as a surface warfare officer. After 7 years of service, Marty embarked on a career as a Human Resources Leader, which has spanned across four major business units in the General Electric Company, four years with Analog Devices and 7 years with Ascend Learning. During that time, Marty developed a strong reputation for building high performance teams, developing executives and building global leadership teams that consistently exceeded growth objectives and outperformed the competition. Marty’s travels have taken him to over 45 countries and most of the United States. An Ironman triathlete and outdoor sports enthusiast, he enjoys biking, hiking, skiing and running in the mountains of Utah & Maine. Marty’s true passion is his family. He resides in Park City Utah with his wife; Marissa. He and Marissa enjoy spending time with a terrific circle of friends. They have two adult children (Drew and Jenna) currently serving on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Coast Guard.
