I have developed/produced a range of TV content for several networks around the world and I have travelled to over 170 countries. Focusing on linear TV/digital programming for the UK, Russia, US and Turkish markets - these formats have included; live international news, outside broadcasts and long/short form commissioned series. TV programmes include history documentaries, travel and cookery shows, various fact ent/scripted lifestyle programming, extreme sports series, live magazine studio shows, news reports and features. I am currently Programme Editor at TRT World News in Istanbul and London - most recently covering Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral, the deadly earthquakes of Türkiye/Syria in February 2023, the Turkish elections and the inauguration of President Erdogan. I headed up the documentary series “My Abyss”, a scuba diving show for Overseas Media in New York - filming in Bermuda, Australia, America, Israel and Egypt. Continuing my love of adventure travel I then worked with the RTVI in Tel Aviv on the series “Pyramid Quest” finding out the secrets of ancient Egypt, the Emerald Tablets and Atlantis (featured in the book by Robert M Schock) and the lifestyle programme about the ultra wealthy “How The Other Half Lives" (Spun Gold TV) with Eamonn Holmes for Channel 5 in the UK. Between 2006-2009, I Exec Produced and Presented the popular extreme travel series "Wayfarer” (broadcast on Euronews/RT) which saw me report from minus 40 to plus 40, through 11 time zones in over 75 cities in Russia and the former Soviet Republics. On air I reported live from the Soyuz rocket launch in Kazakhstan, at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi (for CTVam in Canada, RT and ETV Africa) and for the Eurovision Song Contest in Moscow. I also appeared on CNN's "Connect The World", was Social Affairs and Consumer TV correspondent for RT UK news and ITV's Travel Expert for the UK daily chat show "The Alan Titchmarsh Show."​ Other programming includes Exec Producing/Hosting the award-winning weekly culture show "Moscow Out"​, the travel series "Venice of the North: A Season in St Petersburg"​, historical travel series "Russian Around"​ (filmed around Europe), the food show "A Prime Recipe," and Russian travel series "The Golden Ring - A Tour In Time" (all for RT International) as well as live Arts and Culture Correspondent for both RT's evening magazine show "Prime Time" and breakfast show "Privet Russia". I often speak at television and travel conferences and festivals and continue to write for over 50 lifestyle magazines, in-flight publications and websites.
