Mary Pape

I lead a team that manages business litigation for Dell. I'm focused on creating strategy, working with outside counsel, and moving towards the successful resolution of these matters. My goal is to help minimize the costs and disruptions that litigation causes so the organization can focus on what it's best at: helping our customers leverage technology to grow and thrive. Over my career, I've had the opportunity to work on matters that range from small, local cases to complex, multi-national ones. These experiences have helped me develop the ability to navigate through the varied and ever-changing situations that crop up. This perspective also allows our team to hone in on the most effective and efficient strategies and solutions, which saves times and costs. This fits is well with our overall organizational focus, because our Dell legal team is committed to being on the cutting edge of using technology and processes to be as efficient and effective as possible. When I am not in the office, I love getting outdoors. You will often see me running around town or out hiking with my wonderful Golden Doodle on the local trails and greenbelts.
