Mason Duckett

Beginning my career in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, I had to work my way up the hierarchy ladder, just as anyone would. Through my experience spending time on the client-facing front, I developed quality communication and listening skills along with my own self-confidence. I am a highly motivated individual who always pushes myself to be better than I was the day before. I find satisfaction and accomplishment in knowing that in whatever I do, I have given my 100%. As a new father, the drive and passion within me have made me even more motivated to be successful - for my family, as well as myself. I decided to make a switch into the Recruitment industry, as I wanted to be in an environment where I would be rewarded for the dedication that I put into my work. I am proud to say that I have achieved so much more personally and professionally in my tenure as a Recruitment Consultant, than any other positions prior. Aside from work, I am an avid Machester United Football Club fan, a keen football player, a new father to a wonderful baby boy, and an avid traveler. "Don't practice until you get it right.
