I am passionate about finding solutions for the problems I encounter. For me the purpose is always about building. Product, community, infrastructure, software or process. I believe in the scientific approach instead of beliefs and presumptions. I have experience in backend development, operations, software and data architectures, organization culture and product development. As a senior software engineer I promote aggressive automation, simplicity as the key to scaling software, and I am very committed to the "we write it, we run it" culture. As a leader, I'm an advocate of transparency, responsibility, ownership, and blameless culture as key components to an effective team. Currently, I am working as CEO at Datapao, where we help companies build up their data analytics capabilities, focusing on Industrial applications (aka Industry 4.0) and as Senior Instructor and Consultant at Databricks. I'm also a proud member of the organising team of Crunch Conference (https://crunchconf.com) and the Budapest Data Science, Go and Industry 4.0 meetups.
