Letsth.ink is a webplatform designed to bring people together for community based projects. This could be as small as helping a person who is stuck at home get their groceries or a large company wanting to give back and connect with the community. This is the most connected the world has ever been yet communities are drifting apart. I want to us to use this new found connectivity to bring us together, instead of spending hours looking at cat videos on youtube i want us to help each other. To give you an idea of what i have in mind picture kickstarter but instead of backing products with money you can choose a project or a cause and donate time/resources/ expertise or funds. Or you could start your own projects to help your area and be connected with enthusiastic people who can help. I also want to add a social media side to this. I want people to be able to talk more. On your page you can earn achievements or meet other likeminded people. You can also team up with others and start you own projects. I want this to be free to use but of course there are always costs. My plan is to make this site free for individuals but if you are a business you would have to pay. I would ideally like an ad-free site but at least to start i think i will have to put ads on to cover costs.
