Matt Graham

I am a real estate professional who for the last 7 years has been focused on the technologies that underpin the workplace experience. A founder member of EY's Real Estate Technology and Innovation team, my role has been to act as an advisor for the almost 100 countries and 400 offices EY has across EMEIA. As well as delivering our solutions I have also been a key innovator within the team, identifying solutions which have now been deployed to hundreds of locations. I have been recognised internally with an Innovation award for my work repurposing our reservation management platform as a capacity management tool to enable Return to Office (at no cost to the business) and externally I have appeared on many panel discussions for high profile Workplace Technology events such as WorkTech and RealComm. I'm committed to building a trusting, tolerant and supportive atmosphere for my team by encouraging a dynamic where people can be who they are and aren't afraid to fail. If I were to define my working purpose it would be: "I am here to use my creativity, empathy, and ability to engage others in order to bring solutions to life that make everyone's day a bit better."
