During my career, I have facilitated the development of large programs and managed cross-functional project teams in geographically dispersed areas. I have been directly involved in the implementation and maintenance of numerous Project Management Office (PMO) initiatives and have trained and mentored numerous individuals in project management concepts and applications. I am a graduate of Purdue University and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. I also hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. I'm a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) from the International Association of Facilitators (IAF).
