I'm a strategic design manager focusing my experience simplifying complex processes - first with rockets, then with commercial banking. I'm obsessed with creating and coaching collaborative teams irrespective of reporting structures.With a Master's Degree in HCI, an MBA focused on strategy and organizational change, and an undergrad in CS I understand the forces that have to come together to build great products and organizations with great people --- and how hard that truly is.
