Matt Smith

I have worked at NSA Industries since August 1988 in many different capacities. My career started as a laborer on the production floor doing things in many different departments. De-burring,cutoff,assembly and shipping. After 1 year on the floor I then became the delivery driver travelling around New England to many different vendors as well as customers. After 3 years I was moved into CNC lathe department where I learned set up and basic programming for 2 years before being offered an opportunity to become a supervisor of mechanical screw machine department. I ran that department for 4 years and was then moved into the production manager of the fabrication facility where I stayed for another 4 years before being moved into the front office. At that time I was put in charge of purchasing and customer service/sales.
