👍 I like to think of myself as a creative generalist, I honestly don‘t believe that designers should limit themselves to a single design discipline. Let's face it, most of the best designers out there are creative in all aspects of their thinking. Think of less like 'jack of all trades' and more along the lines of 'generalist by design'! Since achieving an MSc in Industrial Design, I've spent my career developing and bringing new products and concepts to market. I also spend my time designing and maintaining websites, developing brands, designing logos, characters, games, brochures, adverts and writing copy for digital and physical projects all over the World. → What his friends think he does: Play all day on swings, slides and roundabouts, whilst colouring in and sticking pictures on stuff. → What he actually does: Design indoor soft play products that keep your kids safe, entertained and educated whilst you have a coffee & read the paper. My background of both technical and creative studies, allows me to approach each design project with a unique perspective, with almost 15 years of real-world experience to draw from. I have a geek level fascination in collecting and analysing data and using it to inform marketing / design decisions; converting quantitative and qualitative data into design deliverables.
