I am a software engineer with 7 years of experience in system integration on Oracle SOA Suite platform. I am currently involved in several activities in a large project that made me improve the following skills in various phases of project lifecycle : - architectural design - SOA solution design - analysis and software requirements definition - data layer design - release in production As solution architect and technical leader of a group of 5-10 people, I am daily responsible of planning all the activities, coordinating the work of my team members and managing the relationship with the customer and with the team leaders of other project streams, to ensure successful on time delivery of the project. I am particulary interested in improving my project management skills. I'm looking for a role that could challenge my professional and personal skills in a complex environment.
