Starting from a junior position and moving up into a manager position, I have attained many skills over the years.From a technical point of view, I am well versed in Windows Server from 2008 until current, as well Windows 7 to 11. I have also worked on many different versions of Hypervisors, mainly with ESXI but with a few Hyper-V solutions as well. I have worked a lot with different applications, such as Sharepoint, OneDrive, Teams, Worldox, PC Law, NetCare, and more.I have worked on going through the process of transitioning clients to new server infrastructure. Starting with understanding the needs of the client and quoting the hardware, physically setting up the hardware, and performing the migration to a brand-new setup. I will then support the client after the fact and help out as needed.As I moved into that manager position, I have been working with all members of the team to help them improve themselves. Whether that would be via training on certificates, or creating a lab environment for people to test their skills, to just having conversations with people so we can help make their jobs better or easier for them.I am always looking for new work to do at whatever job I am at. That may be creating a new process to streamline the work, using different applications to display reporting, pulling data from SQL servers and having it available to the team to help them support the customer, and more.I am passionate about the work I do. I want to always work to better myself and to help the people around me. I love technology and am always looking at the next big thing and how it can help not only myself but our customers too.
