Fluid progression from apprentice to electrician. Persevered to become supervisor and took the step to become self employed enjoying many years as commercial contractor whilst going back to college as lecturer teaching new apprentice's. Eventually I moved to a more challenging position as a M and E foreman freelance running individual project in to tens of millions. I've finally decided to continue my progression, this time sideways. I started at HBS as a project engineer, moved my way to projects manager, contracts manager and now successfully as Technical manager. I love challenges and having to think outside the box, I from experience know this is where I thrive.
