With over ten years of global experience in the fraud and payments industry, I use a data-driven approach combined with a strong focus on collaborating with my cross-functional peers to deliver solutions that increase both the top line revenue through increased conversion as well as the bottom line through lower fraud losses. In the past year, I advised some of Stripe's most strategic merchants in reducing fraud rates, building successful plans for exiting Dispute monitoring programs or implementing authentication strategies globally. While my main focus has been fraud and risk related I have also been part of interchange cost reduction and authorization optimization projects. Prior to joining Stripe, I led the Global Fraud Prevention with teams in Germany, the United States and Japan at cleverbridge. In addition to the day to day fraud fighting, we also built a product team from scratch that successfully deployed the first ML product in the company, reducing the operational efforts by more than 70%.
