High-performing teams start with individuals having an accurate understanding of themselves and of others. This enables positive relationships within the team as well as increased trust, communication and healthy conflict, which are essential elements of outstanding teamwork. My work is to help team members gain an awareness of self and others to work better together and reach higher levels of performance. I use the Gallup StrengthsFinder tool as a starting point in my interventions. I also work with leaders to help them gain an understanding of who they are and develop the competencies necessary to lead others. I do 1:1 coaching, group coaching and workshop facilitation for leaders and teams.
