Responsibilities: 1. Build predictive models, information/decision systems and basic prescriptive models using Machine Learning and Statistical Analysis 2. Strategizing the model development process at planning stage and implementing it at place to provide the data driven insights through experience, deep theoretical knowledge in ML and time bounded research: - Applying proper feature engineering, Defining the right algorithm and modelling approach - Model development, validation, testing and fine-tuning - Model deployment for either real-time scoring or batch prediction 3. Collaborating among multiple divisions of Organization, Training functional/domain teams for understanding of data driven science. Leading and mentoring team of junior data scientists. 4. Bridge the gap between the software and data science team for analytics product development 5. Explain analysis to top management and advising them actions as per data and Interacted with clients to troubleshoot their issues.
